This fabulous 2-floor home in New Brighton has a spacious living room and dining room. The upstairs offers 2 cozy bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 child bed, perfect for a small group of guests. The bathroom comes equipped with several personal care products, and hair dryer for your convenience. Both bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. With amenities like WiFi, AC, 65" Smart TV, plus a Coffee Bar to enjoy on the private front porch or backyard deck. FREE on site parking and laundry!

This property was perfect for our needs. It was immaculate. They thought of everything that you could possibly need and had it. Even down to a dog crate and baby walker. I would highly recommend booking.

Great little house. I didn’t realize from the listing that the bedrooms are upstairs. I have elderly dachshunds so I had to carry them up and down. Otherwise, I would recommend.

We appreciate good revIews and input from our guests. We work very hard to give them a 10 tated service. The title picture of the house shows that it is a 2-story unit. All of our guests have given us 10s, so far. Sadly, this one was totally out of our control. We were very gracious to alllow an additional pet at no cost. Not something we do often, but as a courtesy. Had we known abpit this challenge, we could moved you to another property. 🥴

So the experience was perfect start to finish. We had our dog. The sweetLittle cottage was very pet welcoming. Dishes,dog beds and a long runner for her on deck. The living area was so comfortable. Beautiful comfy furniture .

I have stayed in many VRBO homes. This was the cleanest home I have walked into - and very welcoming. The location was great - close to shopping, stores, restaurants and for me, family. Quiet street. The host checked in to make sure we had what we needed - which we did - they thought of everything. I messaged them to ask a couple of questions ahead of time - and extend my stay, and they were gracious and quick to respond. This will be my go-to place when I am back in the area.
