Dan has a beautiful, comfortable, clean, quiet, and well equipped three bedroom, two and a half bathroom eight year old townhouse in Beaver Falls that is close to routes 76 and 376, Giant Eagle, gas stations, and restaurants. The townhome was in the middle of our two destinations (Ambridge and Columbiana) that were in opposite directions. We cooked breakfast all three mornings and found the kitchen to have the most cooking pans and utensils we have ever encountered. Having garage parking was terrific, as well as often overlooked items such as suitcase stands, tissues, and night lights. For being the middle unit, the soundproofing was excellent as we could not hear the neighbors on either side. Two things to note for future travelers: the garage door keypad is persnickety and you will have to enter the code multiple times to open/close the door from the outside. Be careful entering the townhome complex while traveling north on Shenango Road, as the left turn is just past a traffic light, there is not a left turn lane in which to sit, and the turn is on the crest of a hill. All in all, we had an excellent stay at Dan's townhome and would not hesitate to book with him again.
