DOG FRIENDLY - One Dog permitted at this property with pet fee and acceptance of Fernandina Beach Realty's Pet policy and a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Only dogs 40 pounds and under permitted. Cats are not Permitted.

Rent this Fully Furnished, Four Bedroom, Three Bath, Oceanfront Beach House for an Exciting and Fun-Filled Vacation on Amelia Island. Rear Deck access is available through the sliding glass doors in two bedrooms, both with King-sized beds. View Magnificent Sunrises or Relax and sit on the Deck Furniture on either the Upper or Lower Oceanfront Decks with your Favorite beverage to Watch the Sun Rising over the Horizon. Wi-Fi available. There is a sidewalk from the back of the house to the Boardwalk. Unlike many Beach homes, this one has a nice grassy backyard. Take Romantic Strolls on the Moonlit Beach. Enjoy Cycling or Long Walks, Explore the Historic City of Fernandina, or just Hang Out on the Beach. Parking area in front for 5 vehicles.

Cute beach house

We came down for the shrimp festival. The location was so close to the festival but far enough that it was quiet. The house is as pictured, very cute and the view was beautiful. Neighborhood was very quiet and the beach was quite as well. The house had some new renovations that were appreciated and the walkway to the beach was new and very sturdy. I highly recommend this property and would come back.

Great place for family vacation!

Rental process was easy. Key pickup location was very close to our rental. The house, furnishings, boardwalk, parking, outside seating areas, and the beautiful beach made this a memorable family trip.

great family vacation!

Enjoyed the spacious living area and porch/balconies- great place for gathering and eating, playing games etc. Kitchen with good appliances and lots pots/pans. Master bedroom incredible- great view of ocean and cozy sitting area. Other bedrooms/bath nice-a little dated but comfy. Would definitely go back!
