The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Kissimmee! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Townhome is located in the gated Venetian Bay Villages, offering the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and resort-style living just minutes from Disney.

The layout is thoughtfully designed across two levels, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. The main level features a bright and open living area with cozy seating, a Smart TV, and plenty of natural light—perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dining area that comfortably seats your group.

Downstairs, you’ll find the primary suite with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet retreat for those who prefer ground-floor accommodations. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms.—great for families traveling together!

Pet Policy: We are delighted to welcome your pets to our property! Please note that a pet fee will apply. To ensure a seamless check-in experience, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to bring along your furry friend. (Only dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two per reservation.)

Please ensure the A/C temperature remains set at or above 72ºF. Setting it lower may cause the system to freeze and could disrupt your stay.

Please ensure all trash is securely bagged and placed in the outdoor bin.

Guests use a lockbox to retrieve the key, ensuring a secure and flexible self check-in process.
