I wish we were told the community pool wasn’t open during our stay since the house pool heater was not operational. Besides that it was a perfect stay close to Disney and universal. Plenty of space and very reasonably priced.

Pool was cleaned couple days after arrival. Rooms were very clean & comfortable. Some cleaning to home outside back of house would be nice. Overall it is a beautiful home, clean & it a very quite area. Thank you.

The pool was very nice, we used it every day. The laundry was good. One thing we wish we had known was that all of the bedrooms were upstairs. This was difficult for our family member that was disabled. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen was sparsely stocked, no spices at all.

When you would text them, they would take 3 to 4 days to respond back to you next-door. Neighbors were repairing start repairing about seven in the morning. We’re not finished until five in the afternoon hammering and drooling all morning. We asked for blankets and comforters, and they said they didn’t have any available Authorize the house was OK. It was clean. The pool was a little bit cold but my family enjoyed anyway. on the rise everything was very close to the house shopping. Walmart target was nearby.

Family vacation

Everything was near by and easy to drive to. We attended our granddaughter's national VB tournament at the Orange county convention center. The house was great for our stay. Furniture is outdated with stains and the dinning table is oversized with broken chairs. The crisper was broken so we couldn't use it. We couldn't open our can goods due to no can opener so we returned the can goods back. The house wasn't stoked with enough tp nor paper towels nor over trays.The rooms are spacious but all the beds were very uncomfortably, felt like we were sleeping on box springs.

We stayed from August 1–11 and overall had a great experience. The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect, and the location was excellent—close to everything we needed. The appliances all worked well (fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, TVs), and check-in/out was simple. Communication was also excellent—any questions we had were answered quickly.On the downside, some vents were dusty, The fridge water filter was red needed replacment, a few utensils weren’t clean, and we were left with a used sponge for dishes. Kitchen supplies were limited—there was no baking tray for things like pizza or rolls and no measuring cups, so we had to make a quick trip to Dollar Tree for basics. Paper products were also limited; with six people for a 10-day stay, we had to purchase extra toilet paper and paper towels. Additionally, the blanket in the master bedroom had old food stuck on it, which was disappointing.Overall, it’s a lovely home with great service, and with a few small improvements it would be even better for future guests.

The location was great - near lots of restaurants and shopping and only 20 minutes from Disney. The price point was also great. Unfortunately, the pool heater was broken and the community pool was closed. The company did refund for the pool heater fee though, so they made it right. The house could use some updating/refreshing but again, great deal overall. I loved that the pool had the childproof fence and that the sliding door also had a childproof lock. Most places do not take these precautions and traveling with 3 small children, this was incredibly helpful!
