Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Excellent mountain views with frequent wildlife visits. On clear days, can see Pikes Peak. City lights can be seen at night. Located on 1 acre yet close to I-70 with easy access to skiing, hiking, and local restaurants. Close proximity to Red rocks amphitheater and Lookout mountain.

Home was recently renovated with all new appliances, and carpeting.

Over 3000 square feet with two levels of space with plenty of room to spread out.

We are currently living in northwestern Illinois. We bought this beautiful home as a place where we can come visit our two adult children who live in the Golden area. Our plans are to eventually retire here.
We enjoy hiking, camping, playing games and hanging out with family.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood specifically for the amazing views. Sitting on the deck with the beautiful mountain scenery around us never gets old. It is also very fun to watch the wildlife appear frequently in the backyard. Elk and deer are frequent visitors.

What makes this property unique

This property is special because it has a great, peaceful, mountain appearance yet it is conveniently located in very close proximity to I-70 making it very convenient to get to the mountains or to the city.
