The Bee Farm, House + Studio 15 Mins to Round Top

Classic farmhouse and guest studio, 15 minutes from Round Top, Texas. Views of the pond and meadow on 8 private acres. Easy access from highway 290, close to the antiques, but removed from the crowds! This property comfortably sleeps 9 with 3 queen beds and 3 twin beds. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The studio apartment has a queen bed, a full bath, and a small kitchenette.

Relax in the living area or on the deck with gorgeous views of the pond and field. The pond is stocked with perch and catfish.

Guests have full access to the guesthouse, pond, and field. Swim at your own risk.

This place was more than we expected! Very peaceful, but close to ‘town’! We had a great time feeding the turtles. The host was very responsive and always helpful with our questions. I highly recommend this VRBO and we plan to make Round Top a yearly tradition!

We stayed here while visiting Round Top, and it ended up being such a great find! It was close enough to Round Top for everything we wanted to do, but still felt very private and secluded.The property is beautiful, especially the lake, and there were tons of games and things to do. The house really had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus, you could practically show up with the clothes on your back and be just fine!We loved the back porch and would have spent even more time out there if the Texas heat hadn't had other plans. Another big bonus for us was the small house off the garage. My mom stayed there, and it was perfect because she had her own space while still being right there with everyone.My only suggestion would be to add a little more outdoor lighting between the main house and the smaller house. It gets very dark at night, and even with flashlights it was a little difficult to navigate.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It's peaceful, secluded, well-stocked and a great option if you're visiting the Round Top area but want somewhere relaxing to come back to at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again!
