A stone's throw from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, this 1500 square foot beachfront condo is the perfect place for your getaway. Renovated from top to bottom with style and comfort in mind. Please note there are stairs in the unit!

Step into the gourmet open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and lots of natural light. From there, you can step into the spacious living room that overlooks the stunning beach, or relax on the couch watching a show on the huge 60" Smart TV. There is a convenient powder room next to the kitchen and dining room, as well as in suite laundry and a closet with beach chairs and toys for the family to enjoy.

The living room walks out onto the large balcony that faces east over the beach, roaring waves, and the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have large flatscreen Smart TV's for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite, The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twins. There is also a queen blow up mattress that plugs into the wall and a twin cot in the closet for additional sleeping.

The condo is very centrally located right near the Pier - with restaurants and activities within walking distance. The is also a large heated pool and putting green right at the complex to enjoy.

There are tons of activities and attractions very nearby including the Cocoa Beach Pier (0.1 miles), Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Historic Cocoa Village and Disney/Orlando airport is only 45 minutes away!

Pet Policy: Maximum 2 pets (cats or dogs). No dangerous dog breeds are allowed.

Important Accessibility Information: Please note, there is no elevator, and all units are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. My family loved our stay at the Cocoa Beach Club! The condo was the perfect size for what we needed, and you couldn't beat the easy access to the beach. The condo was located near plenty of restaurants and different things for us to do while we visited. If we decide to travel back to Cocoa Beach for a future vacation, we'll definitely look to stay at the Cocoa Beach Club again!

This unit and location are just wonderful. We have stayed here 5 times and just booked it next visit! The ocean view is simply amazing. The condo itself is so comfortable and well appointed. We love being able to walk to cool things right from the condo and it's an easy hour drive to so many greater central FL attractions. You can't beat this spot at Cocoa Beach!

Ocean front property with nice views from the living area. Issues with the living room TV not working and shutting off randomly but other then that it was a nice stay. Note: Narrow stairs to bedrooms so if traveling with a senior like we were it might not work

We stayed at cocoa beach club for a week at Christmas time. Really loved the size of the condo! Perfect for our family of four. Beautiful beach front location with awesome views. Pool was very well maintained. Communication with Taylor was great! Will be staying here again.

This condo is perfect for the whole family! Its view is stunning. You can have toes in the sand in 2 minutes from the door to the beach! The pool is calming and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with items you need. Also, the company is quick to respond to ANYTHING you may need! This is our second time staying here and we just love it!

We had a great experience! Check-in was simple. Parking spot was right by condo. Condo fit our family of 6 easily. The way to the beach was simple, easy, and brief which is important when taking four kids to the beach. The pool was nice. Great spot in cocoa beach!

This condo is in a great location. Steps from the pool, parking lot, and beach. The porch has a great view of the beach as well. The condo was clean, well stocked with everything needed, and everything worked well. Our family of 6 had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed the condo. The beach supplies in the closet was a huge deal for us and we used it all! Some small details that we appreciate as a family that frequently uses VRBO: 1) Living room seating for up to 7 people. Most condos have a couch and maybe one chair. This has a full couch, love seat, and chair in the living room. 2) Beach gear as mentioned above. 3) Friendly and fast host communication.Overall, my family highly recommends this condo and we would definitely stay here again.
