Why they chose this property
This home is in Las Vegas neighborhood, originally built over 100 years ago. As you drive around, you'll see beautiful homes both large and small. OKC has so much hidden charm (it's our little secret) that you'll discover!
What makes this property unique
This home was originally constructed in 1923. We bought it in 2023 and renovated it completely. It was a labor of love from our whole family. When trying to decide the exterior color, our daughter was looking at a shade of green called "Haven" and the home took on that name from that day on - regardless of finally settling on "Classic White" "Bohemian Black" and accents of "Pink Shadow" to stick with the Art Deco feel we love.
