Marriott's OceanWatch at Grande Dunes® conveniently located away from the main tourist area. It is nestled between quiet neighborhoods. The beach is more walkable with less people around.

We have been Marriott Vacation Club owners for years! We have traveled to many of the properties and have found this to be our favorite. We do not own a specific unit, but can request certain views.
We want to share this amazing vacation experience with others. This property has so much to offer. Not only are the rooms spacious, but so is the property. In the front area, you have two large front pools, three hot tubs, and a baby pool.
In the back Woodsy area, you have a large winding pool with a zero entry for toddlers on one end, a fun water slide, hot tub, and a relaxing serenity pool off by itself.
The beach is amazing and only seconds from the front pools.
We want to share this amazing vacation experience with others. This property has so much to offer. Not only are the rooms spacious, but so is the property. In the front area, you have two large front pools, three hot tubs, and a baby pool.

Why they chose this property
Years ago, we received an offer from Marriott to come check out this property in its early stages. Living in Nashville, we decided to take them up of the offer and have a beach vacation. After spending a lot of time walking up and down the beach, we decided that this was the place for us.
What makes this property unique
Location and amenities make this an amazing place. It is easily reached by car or plane. The beach is quiet, walkable, and the water is enjoyable. The villas have a lot to offer. Also there is a large variety of pools and activities for everyone!
