Loved this place and how close it is to Church Street and all the things you want to go in Burlington. Clean and well-appointed for a short or longer term stay. Host was responsive and helpful.
The apartment was so cozy and convenient! The bed was really comfortable and the bedroom was very spacious. Easy walk to the Church St area. The only minor issues were the slow draining bathroom sink and the KCup coffee maker seemed to be broken. But we appreciated all of the tea available, so it ended up not being an issue for us in the end. We would stay here again!
This is such cute little one bedroom apartment! Super close to everything in the area, plus on site parking meant we were able to walk everywhere which was exactly what we were looking for. I was impressed by how neat and clean and updated this place was. The bed was very comfy too. Like most buildings in this area, there may be less sound insulation than you're used to, but the neighbors are quiet and considerate! Check in/out was super easy and accessing the unit was easy too. The hosts were very responsive and clearly worked hard and cared about making our stay an excellent one! Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed for a two day visit to UVM. Location was only a few walkable blocks from Burlington with off street parking space. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay again for another visit.
The apartment was clean and well stocked. Directions were clear I. How to enter and where to park. The off street parking was great. The apartment was cozy and quiet. The air conditioner was a portable unit that needed to be turned on manually in the bedroom. It did keep the bedroom cool for sleeping but was loud when used. The washer and dryer are NOT located in the apartment ..they are located in a separate building which was a bit tricky to find however directions were given as to its location. Since I have never been to Burlington I wasn’t aware of the area. The property was close to Church street in an old part of town that had a lot of rentals in need of repair.
This tidy two-room (plus bathroom) first-floor apartment on the edge of downtown Burlington worked very well for us - a couple visiting the area for a four-night summer stay. The location was perfect, a five-minute easy walk to the downtown shopping & dining district. We didn't need our car to get around at all, everything was a short walk away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely equipped. We made our breakfasts each day, and there were more than adequate dishes, cutlery, appliances, etc. for that. The ceiling fans and A/C in the bedroom kept us plenty cool and comfortable. We found the multi-family building and area quiet and had no concerns about security. Vanessa was very responsive, replying to messages within an hour and often within minutes. WIFI was fast and reliable, and we could even watch some of our streaming shows at night on the large TV. Coin-operated laundry facilities were in a next-door building. Overall this was a great value, and exceeded our requirements and needs.
Location, location, location. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. TV viewing was good. Appliances were in good working order. Spacious refrigerator. Parking was a little of a challenge with a large pickup but a solution was found. All in all excellent.
We were in Burlington to attend our son's graduation from UVM Medical School. The unit fit our needs quite well! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go without the hassle of driving and finding parking with so many people in town. Just a couple of blocks from Church street, we could easily meet up with other friends for coffee in the mornings and dinners in the evening.
