This was a brand-new home and fit our group of 15 perfectly. From kids to adults, everyone agreed this was a great house with an easy, short walk to the beach. The pool was large, and the surrounding area was great with a large outdoor tv and plenty of outdoor seating/lounging. There were some minor plumbing issues due to being so brand-new, but they were addressed and taken care of immediately by the very responsive property manager. We would definitely stay again at this property and also highly recommend for a great vacation.

This property is on the quieter end of beach which our family of 17 enjoyed. The home is beautifully designed with plenty of storage in each bedroom, NICE bedding, fully stocked kitchen, large washer and dryer, and distinctive decor. It includes large beach towels and chairs along with a wagon. The beach was short walk. The property management team was absolutely outstanding with communication and helping us with a slight issue. There were plenty of living spaces to spread out. If your group tends to be messy or destructive please don’t rent this property, it’s too nice for you!

Our group of six couples absolutely loved our stay at 1 Wanderer Ln. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen that I have stayed at. We were there the week of Easter and we ate every meal in the house except one. You never felt crowded and the layout of the house was very nice. The screened in porch was absolutely fantastic. Our family spent our nights out there talking. The grill was very nice and so was the pool and the spa. It was very windy while we were there so we did not get to spend much time on the beach, but it is a short walk to the beach. We had Mike’s delivered to the house and every day we were riding our bikes down to Coligny Plaza or sea Pines. The laundry room was very convenient with a very nice washer and dryer. Can’t wait to go back next year.
