We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and although I was concerned it may be loud or bright at night since The Track is directly across the street it was neither. The decoration and appliances are top notch. The view is amazing and the beach was not crowded at all. The one minor complaint was the unit was not cleaned well prior to our arrival which judging by other reviews was probably a one off and this didn't keep us from thoroughly enjoying ourselves. We've already talked about booking again next year!

Great Beach Get A Way

We really enjoyed staying literally on the beach over New Years. The beach view was great. The sun sets were beautiful, We had a great time and would plan on coming back to this property in the future.

Beach Getaway

Perfect place for our weekend getaway. Easy access to the beach, walking distance to a great restaurant, and amazing view of the beach/water. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great Family Trip

We really enjoyed the location and view from the room. The size worked great for a family of 4. The building is smaller and the beach and pool much less busy than other properties in the area. It was a short drive to Walmart for groceries and not far from restaurants in Destin. We would definitely stay again

I definitely recommend staying here! The condo was very clean and updated with a gorgeous view of the ocean! Right across the street is an arcade, putt putt and go carts which is super convenient if you have kids! It was a great stay!

Very nice oceanfront property!

This was the perfect condo for my husband and I to spend a long weekend without the kids. Gorgeous place with gorgeous views! Very clean, quiet area. The host was wonderful and quick to return communication. We will definitely stay here again!

Vacation Paradise!!

This property is a vacation paradise! Perfect size for the two of us. Only a few feet from the beautiful sandy beach so the view from the balcony was spectacular. VERY clean and newly updated. Check-in was easy. We will definitely be back to stay again…and again…and again.

Highly Recommend this condo!!! Very clean. Awesome view of the ocean. There was a fresh clean beachy fragrance when we entered. The decor and furnishings were new and modern. The beach was easily accessible. We enjoyed our walks on the white sandy beach which was well kept and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

Wife and I booked this for a long weekend getaway and were extremely satisfied with this condo. Building is about as close to the beach as you can get, so getting to the beach is extremely easy. We went in off season, so the there was no crowds on the beach. As for the unit itself, it was very clean and was recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The main shower is a spa shower that was really nice. All the TVs were smart TVs which is a nice plus. The balcony had a great view of the beach. Overall excellent place for a couples weekend or small family vacation (they have two bunk beds that looked very nice). Would recommend and stay again

Amazing!

We stayed here for our 1 year anniversary trip. The place has a private beach and bc the building is so small, there is plenty of room on the beach & you are not on top of anyone else like you can be when you stay in a big resort. The unit was super clean and had plenty of room for just the 2. The view from the living room of the beach is AMAZING. We spent a lot of time on the balcony soaking in the view. We have discussed coming back and if we do we will definitely book this unit again and have shared the unit with all of our friends! The check in process was so easy and quick. Highly recommend!

Cleanest rental I’ve experienced!

Absolutely impressed with our entire stay! This was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at. One of my favorite aspects was how kid friendly it was. The condo was beautifully decorated without breakables sitting around like most. One thing to know is chair rental is available. It does cost a little extra but very worth it. Most of the days we didn’t leave the condo because we had everything we had from the beach to the fully stocked kitchen. We have already talked about when we should come back. Thank you for an amazing family vacation we will be sure to think about years to come.

Would definitely return

This was our first time to Destin and we hope it will not be our last. We loved the unit we stayed in and communication with the owner was great. We had an issue with the cable box on the main tv and was able to get that taken care of. Hurricane Helene came in at the end of our trip and we considered heading out early. I messaged the owner (who is local) looking for some advice and instead of just messaging me back, took the time to call me and answer my questions and after talking with the him we decided to stick it out and felt completely safe. The staff at the Beach Club were all super nice as well. I did notice that several people who had stayed in the unit had forgotten to log out of their streaming channels and told myself to make sure I did that before we left, and guess who forgot to log out of some things…

Great location

This is a great place for a couple. Very bright and all new upgrades. Bed was comfortable. Husband said shower in master bath was possibly best shower he had every seen. Washer and dryer a plus. View is great. You don't even have to stand up to see the beach and ocean from the sofa. Beach was uncrowded and place is very centrally located. Owner is very easy to communicate with and his top priority is to give his guests a great experience. If there is an issue, do not hesitate to reach out. Even with just two people, the extra bathroom is great. Umbrellas and chairs are not included in rental but can be easily reserved in the office. All codes worked without trouble. TV in living room is great. Hope to go back again.

Beachfront in Destin

Great place to stay for beachfront access in central Destin! This unit is within the Destin Beach Club. It’s a very nice 3 story condo with only a small number of units. All units are 1 bedroom but have twin bunks in the hallway and typically a couch bed in the living room. Definitely call or find the property online and you can book multiple units if you want to travel with a larger group. This unit looks to have been updated recently and the owner is managing separately from the property. This unit has a keypad for door access while most others still appear to use a physical key. Beach chairs and umbrella are available but it’s an extra $40/day. If you book direct with the property it’s included. Overall it was a great place to stay, location was great and I would definitely stay here again. Would compare this unit rates to other direct with the property to see which is a better deal. Can’t wait to go back!

Spectacular.

I recently had the most unforgettable vacation at the beach front rental! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the breathtaking panoramic views of the shimmering ocean right outside my window. The location was perfect - just steps away from the soft sandy shore, allowing me to wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves each morning, only issue was we were not able to stay longer due to our own time constraints. The interior of the rental was nothing short of spectacular. The decor was tastefully done, giving the space a luxurious yet cozy vibe. The open-concept living area made it easy to relax and unwind after a day of swimming. I particularly loved the well-equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. Dining with the sound of waves crashing in the background was a magical experience. The highlight, of course was the beach itself which was walking distance away, we rented chairs and umbrella from the front office for around 35 dollars. The property's amenities were outstanding, too. The swimming pool overlooking the ocean was a fantastic alternative to the beach, and the hot tub offered relaxation under the stars. The attentive and friendly staff made sure all my needs were met and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. I can confidently say that this beachfront rental surpassed all my expectations. Definitely a place we will be retuning too.

I moved to Destin 20 years ago and have never left. I enjoy the Destin lifestyle Very Much. My favorite things about Destin are the beautiful white sandy beaches and the Emerald Green water in the Gulf and surrounding areas such as Crab Island. I love fresh seafood, and enjoy the local dinning that the area offers. The area of Destin also has some great shopping and fun theme Water parks as well. I also really enjoy going down to the Harbor and walking along the Destin Boardwalk and checking out all the fisherman's catch for the day. Lots to do down there.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because you literally have the beach as your front yard here, so to speak. The neighboring condos are non-rental so you really don't get a ton of traffic on the beach during the summer months. The location of The Destin Beach Club is right in the heart of Destin.

What makes this property unique

You can take a leisurely stroll down the beach to the Back Porch restaurant for lunch or dinner, or if you would like to have a night out in an upscale restaurant, Ruth Chris Steak House is close by. The Track; right across Hwy 98, it offers go carts and Goofy golf amusement park. Big Kahuna Water and Adventure Park are also in the neighborhood.
