I was thankful to have Marilyn stay at our villa. Marilyn was a very responsible and courteous renter. I asked Marilyn for her input into how I could improve the villa. All of Marilyn's suggestions were implemented. The suggestions were of minor nature but were none the less rectified. The property manager who lives in the community was spoken to and advised of the suggestions. I do have the villa listed on Airbnb and have a score of 4.8 of 5.0. Marilyn was offered a rebate for the inconveniences or three free nights stay. This offer was presented to Marilyn over a week ago but to date I have had no response from Marilyn. A gentleman who rented the villa one week prior rated the villa with a 5 out of 5 on Airbnb.
