Right in the middle of the Treasure Valley, you are 5 minutes from the freeway, restaurants, and grocery stores, but secluded enough to relax and rejuvenate. Whether you are here for a family or friends gathering, there will be a smile on your face.
This horse ranch house in Nampa offers 4 cozy bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds plus an extra futon bed in the office. The 2 bathrooms feature a jetted bathtub for a relaxing soak. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests will feel right at home. Whether you're exploring the Treasure Valley, attending a horse show at the Ford Idaho Horse Center (4 miles away), or hosting a family event, this amazing property is perfect.
Enjoy watching the horses in our pastures or bring your own to our horse motel complete with arena, round pen and trail course for your use. Sorry, we do not have horses available for riding. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please pick up dog poop from the yard and dispose of it in the blue trash cans.
Trash goes out to the blue trash cans along the fence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Don and Joyce, the owners, live on the ranch with their adult daughter, Rebecca, who has Down syndrome. We love horses and operate a horse motel as well as the Ranch House. We all love to meet the wonderful guests who come to our Ranch!
Why they chose this property
We moved into the neighborhood when it was very rural. Now, we are only 5 miles from fast food, Walmart and a hospital, but we still have a rural feel. We love sitting on the porch at night feeling the peace of the country.
What makes this property unique
When you rent the Ranch house, you are coming to a working horse ranch. We are close to town, but you are not coming to a subdivision. There is space to spread out and relax. Anyone who has spent time here will tell you that they have been able to bond with their group, and find a peaceful place to relax.
