A pullout couch in the den provides extra sleeping space, accommodating up to 10 guests.

The property is in Monument Beach Village, situated along Buzzards Bay in the Atlantic Ocean. This quiet residential neighborhood is popular for swimming at its sandy beach and offers tennis courts, a volleyball net, and local restaurants. There are also several family-friendly playgrounds and parks.
Monument Beach is on Phinneys Harbor, a round harbor protected by Mashnee Island. These sheltered waters provide excellent habitats for waterbirds. In summer, you might spot ospreys, gulls, and cormorants from the backyard. Next to Monument Beach is Monument Beach Marina, a public marina and boat ramp. Bourne Community Boating operates from the marina in summer, offering sailing, boating, and marine science lessons. It's also close to Sandwich, Falmouth, and other Cape Cod towns.
