The House:
Our spacious 2,600 sq ft home was recently renovated and beautifully decorated in a breezy coastal style. It features an open-concept split layout with water views from the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, dresser, 55-inch Sony TV, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. It also has direct access to the pool area. A foldable crib is available for our littlest guests.
Next to the master is a full-size office with a modern desk and 24-inch monitor. This room also has a comfortable sofa bed with a quality foam mattress and can easily be used as an additional bedroom.
On the opposite side of the house are two more bedrooms facing the playground and canal, plus a guest bathroom with a tub and shower.
• Guest Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, dresser, closet
• Guest Bedroom 2: Designed for kids, featuring a bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top), plus a pull-out trundle bed with a full-size mattress. This room also has a dresser and closet.
The main living area features a large, comfortable sectional sofa facing the pool and canal, along with a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV. Around the corner is another sitting area with cozy recliners—perfect for reading or relaxing.
The dining area includes a stylish wooden dining set with a matching buffet and desk. Off to the side, there’s a reclining sofa for extra lounging. Adjacent to the dining area is a fun game zone with a foosball game table.
The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the group. Our coastal-themed dishes and serving ware help create a special ambiance for indoor or outdoor dining.
There's also a round breakfast table with four seats overlooking the pool—a great spot for casual meals or for the kids to enjoy their breakfast.

• Sheets, blankets, pillows
• 10 full sets of towels, plus beach / pool towels
• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap

• Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas
• Cotton pads for makeup removal

* Note: For longer stays (26 days or more), only the initial supply of essentials will be provided. No refills or replenishments will be offered during the stay.


PLEASE NOTE:

1. Pets must be approved prior to booking confirmation. Only one small/medium size non-shedding dog is allowed. There is a $150 pet fee per stay.
2. Guests are required to sign a Waiver of Liability Form for use of the swimming pool before their arrival. We'll send you the form to review and sign once your booking is confirmed. Form is available for review before booking upon request.
3. A security camera is installed above the front door, facing the driveway, for your safety.
4. Propane is not guaranteed.
You're welcome to use what’s left in the tanks (extras may be in the garage).
If empty, refills are available at most gas stations for about $30 per tank.
5. Pool heating is offered for $20 per night ($120/week, $400/ month). Should be ordered and paid in advance. Note: Pool heating is not needed most time of the year since the pool is facing South/East side.


SWIMMING POOL RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Keep the pool area secure. Always keep the pool patio door locked when no adult is present to prevent children from entering the pool area unsupervised.
2. No diving or running. The pool depth is not suitable for diving. Running on wet surfaces can cause slips and injuries.
3. No swimming under the influence. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the pool.
4. Food and drinks. Food is not allowed in the pool. Drinks are only permitted in non-breakable, plastic containers.
5. Health and hygiene. Guests with contagious skin conditions or open wounds are not permitted to use the pool.
6. Storm safety. Do not use the pool during storms, especially when lightning is present, as it can cause dangerous electric shock in the water.
7. Supervise children at all times. Children should never be left alone in or near the pool area.
8. Do Not Tamper with Pool Equipment – Heater, pump, and filters are for staff use only.
9. No Pets in the Pool – For hygiene and safety reasons.
10. Report Any Damage or Malfunction Immediately – Let the host know right away.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Smoking of any product is not permitted in the house or anywhere on the property.
2. No guests or visitors are allowed at the property without prior approval from the owners, except registered renters. The total number of people at the property must not exceed 10 at any time. If you plan to have visitors, please inform us at the time of your rental request.
3. Garbage is strictly limited to one regular bag per day. All other waste should be recycled or taken with you upon checkout. Trash must be securely bagged (no leaks) and placed in the outdoor bin. Recyclables must be placed loosely (not in plastic bags) in the yellow-topped recycling bin.
Guests are responsible for moving the bins to the end of the driveway (near the road) on Monday night for early Tuesday morning pickup. Please return the bins to the garbage rack after collection.
4. Please do not set the AC below 70°F. If it runs continuously without a break, it can freeze and stop working.
5. We are located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors, who live here year-round. Please to manage outdoor noise and avoid yelling or loud voices, especially in the evening. No loud music outside at any time. No outdoor noise after 10 PM.
6. Please remove your outdoor shoes before entering the house.
7. Shake off sand from beach towels and swimsuits before placing them in the washer.
8. Do not use small white cloths to remove makeup, as it can leave permanent stains. Cotton pads are provided for makeup removal.
9. Absolutely no food is allowed in the pool. Drinks are permitted only in plastic cups or glasses.
10. Grilling is only allowed outside of the pool cage area. Grease can attract rodents and may damage the cage.
11. Pet Rules:
o Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool.
o Pets may only be left unsupervised and unleashed in the fenced area of the yard.
o Dogs may not be left alone in the house unless crated.
o Guests must clean up after pets using waste bags and dispose of them properly.
