Very well maintained. Everything was in perfect working condition. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Loved the pool and hot tub! Great neighborhood. Welcoming hosts. I would definitely rent again.

We have stayed in several VR B o's but we've never had a house that was stocked as well as this one. The house was accessible to the beach and several stores. Once you figured out the best way is to get in and out of rotunda

My wife and I are particular in the regard to the properties we rent. Our ideal rentals are 1. clean 2. comfortable 3. maintained well 4. in a good location 5. managed by responsive hosts. Check, check, check, check, and check for this property. In addition, the "resort" ambiance is a plus. This is a high caliber rental home with a topnotch host. This almost new property pairs well with high caliber renters and we hope to return.

Rotonda West Resort

Beautiful house, beautiful pool and hot tub area. Very clean. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Location is great- close to beach and lots of good restaurants. Lots of walking and bike trails- house even has bikes provided. Host was excellent to work with. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again

Private Resort in Rotonda West - 10 out of 10!!!

The house was fabulous! Very clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed kitchen and the primary suite was amazing, including a large bedroom with a king size bed, walk in closet and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. The lanai was fantastic and included a large dining table and chairs, an outdoor sofa and electric fireplace, a large screen tv, and a hot tub and heated pool. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, close to beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend this rental!
