About this property

Tropical paradise.Luxury Villa, beautiful decor, steps to beach. Pool/ hot tub.

Paradise at the Palms 3 is a luxury villa with two large gathering rooms/ den and 8 bedrooms and 5 full baths. It is directly across the street from the Ocean. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen, dining area and living area. There are 2 living areas each with a 55 inch TV's. The master suite is located on the first floor. It has 2 queen beds and a balcony facing the Ocean. It has double vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. The second bedroom downstairs has a king bed and there is another full bath. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs with king beds, 2 of the 6 have a balcony facing the ocean! There are TV's in all bedrooms and we have a full size washer and dryer. We provide the linens, cleaning, beach towels and beach chairs and some baby items. We have two high chairs and a pack n play. There is an outdoor grilling area with 4 grills, a nice pool and hot tub!

There are only 12 units in the building. I like to work personally with all my guest and meet their needs. We provide some beach chairs and beach towels. I provide a welcome basket with a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags and a bottle of dish washing soap to get you started. There are 2 refrigerators in the villa. I also have a Mr Coffee and a Keurig. We have a well stocked kitchen for the cooks in your family. We have HD TV's in all rooms.
Please note. This is a NON SMOKING villa. This includes cigars and marijuana. Marijuana is illegal in SC.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all dishes and unload the dishwasher.
Wash beach towels and put back the way you found them for next guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check out is at 10:00 PROMPT. Check in is at 4:00 pm in summer months. NO exceptions. Our by laws DO NOT allow motorcycles and trailers.
No smoking in the villa or on the balcony. This includes cigars and marijuana. You may smoke at the grilling area. Marijuana is illegal in SC.

Annual vacation

The unit was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 13. Location was convenient and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked, this is the first unit we’ve stayed in that had everything you’d ever need. Definitely will look in to staying again!

I am blessed with a wonderful husband that we do everything together and two children with loving spouses and two precious grand children. Family means everything to me. I am so Blessed.

Why they chose this property

Our villa is located in the Crescent Beach area which is right before you get to Cherry Grove. This area is a great location because it is close to everything but not as crowed as Myrtle Beach.

What makes this property unique

Great restaurants, shopping, golf courses, shows and attractions are all close by. We have the Tanger Outlets, shopping malls, The House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, Dublin Winery, Carolina Opera, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, putt-putt courses, parasailing, banana boat rides and lots more fun things to do.
