About the host
Hosted by Juan Contesse
We have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and absolutely love it! . We've taken a ton of time and effort into making our home as inviting and comfortable as possible and look forward to sharing it with you! We're hosting so we get the chance to explore some more of the world - we love to travel! We also love to be active - soccer, pickleball, volleyball, Acro yoga, you name it - that's why we made sure to leave a bin with sporting equipment for you to enjoy.
Why they chose this property
Shenandoah is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that's close to all of our favorite places. When we bought this home we knew we wanted to be somewhere that was centrally located. Having the beach only 20 minutes away was a big reason we chose this home. One of our favorite things to do is to walk around Shenandoah Park in the evening, we've also walked all around this neighborhood and absolutely love it! It has everything you would want.
What makes this property unique
This property is perfect for those visiting Miami for the first time because of its location. Miami is definitely a city that's meant to be driven around in. Having all of the most popular neighborhoods like Miami Beach, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Little Havana is a big perk - less time spent driving means more time enjoying the sights. When you're done with the sightseeing this home is a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to so you can recharge.
