Elegant brand new studio, combining retro and modern style in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Bright and sunny studio w/balcony. Very well located. Open kitchen. Full bathroom w/bathtub, shower and bidet. SMART TV with Netflix. Wifi 50 Mbps.
This is a Studio Apartment at Palermo Hollywood, with a super sunny balcony. It's well equipped to provide a comfortable and lovely stay for couples and singles. I have an excellent internet service (50 megabytes) . It's ideal for one or two people.
The apartment comes with a great wifi and a welcome book with lots of tips and recommendations. Plus everything you see in the pictures: Air conditioner, HD TV and HDMI cable, open kitchen and full bathroom. Everything you see in the pictures is for my guests to use and enjoy.
