Why they chose this property

Nice quiet neighborhood that is being redeveloped after the hurricane in 2024. Family friendly and walking distance to Johns Pass Village and the Gulf Beach

What makes this property unique

It is a corner lot with a backyard great for relaxing and grilling. Walking distance to beach, Johns Pass Village and other restaurants and entertainment the town offers.
