Beautiful Waterfront with Stunning Views

Brandi, We were surprised to receive your review considering we just recently received an EXCELLENT 5-STAR review within the same week/month of your stay from other guest(s). Your review was also disappointing because we were very responsive to address the two concerns you brought to our attention (the dryer was acting up and the construction of city road work). As we discussed & aware we have no control over government city department public works outside the complex. Please note: the city work was not conducted within the grounds of our club community. With respect to the dryer; we offered to have the dryer serviced/inspected the same day, but you would not make any availability for our service men. You were informed that nobody needed to be in the unit during the service, but you again refused. So to accommodate your needs and your request, we respectively abided but your wishes to have it serviced after your departure. There was no need to go to the laundry facility during your stay - it would have been serviced if you allowed it. Unfortunately, you were not cooperating with us. The bracelets were just implemented by the homeowners association the week you arrived; this was not stated as a concern in our communication. As far as the wall repairs, It is my understanding there was a bad rain storm during your stay, in which may have caused some slight water stains. But again, you did not bring this to our attention, or indicate this as a concern during your stay. Upon your departure the housekeeper made us aware of the slight water stains because it was not there prior to your arrival. We have addressed the issue to the association to inspect the matter. We are currently in the process of resolving it. Unfortunately, this is another example of what was not addressed to us and if it was, we could've expedited & resolved it sooner. We are not sure what more we could've done for you considering these other items were not brought to our attention. It is evident that any effort we made to resolve the dryer situation you refused and were not cooperative. It is always our goal as a family owned & operated (father & son) vacation rental to assure our guests enjoy their stay & provide everyone with a great vacation rental experience like many of our other guests that have rated us with great and excellent reviews.

Joyce, We respectively disagree with the comments you provided and certainly do not treat any guest and the conditions of our property in the manner you've described. We are also very confused because you did not address those issues during your entire stay, and only contacted us about the toilet issue upon your arrival. There are two full bathrooms and again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of temporarily using one toilet until we sent someone to repair the 2nd toilet. We also communicated by phone to arrange the time they would arrive and when we last spoke - you were pleased in our quick response & it was repaired. I also spoke with the handyman upon completion of the repair and it was confirmed you were satisfied. Quite honestly - If there were other issues and if you communicated that to us, we would've had the handyman address them during his visit - while he was there. Unfortunately, you did not address any of the other issues to us & the handyman during his visit and during your stay - and IF you did; we would've also accommodate and immediately send back the cleaning crew ASAP. It is very unfair & disappointing you would address these things long after your departure but not during your stay, when we were very responsive in sending someone to repair the toilet and would've done the same on the other issues, if that were the case & informed us. The most recent guest that stayed prior to your arrival and another upon your departure during their stay, both provided an excellent 5-star review. We certainly do not treat any guest and the conditions of our property in the manner you've described. Our other reviews compliment how well-kept & clean the unit is, including our quick response to all our guests. It is always our goal as a family owned & operated (father & son) vacation rental, to assure our guests enjoy their stay & provide everyone with a great vacation rental experience! We have always had great reviews from all of our guests and your review was surprisingly disappointing & shocking to read considering that none of the items you describe were ever addressed to us, the handyman & MBYC management during your stay.
