House Rules: A security deposit may be required for guests who don’t have any reviews and/or profiles are new. Guests and Gatherings: We love tranquility! Please no parties or large gatherings without checking with us first. Unexpected big events could lead to a fee of $1,000 and might impact your stay. Smoke-Free Zone: Our home is a smoke-free environment. Please respect this rule to avoid a $1,000 fee and preserve the comfort of all our guests. Keeping the Peace: Let's be considerate neighbors. If we receive multiple noise complaints that aren't managed, a $100 charge may apply and could affect your reservation. Key Care: Please keep track of keys and passes. If they go missing, there’s a $500 replacement fee per item. Furniture Respect: Love our furniture as we do. Any damage caused will be assessed and charged accordingly. Cleanliness Counts: We appreciate you treating our home like your own and tidying up before you leave. Extra messy situations will attract an additional cleaning fee. Timely Check-In/Out: We're all about timing! Early check-ins or late check-outs without approval will have a $100 per hour fee. For approved changes, it's $25 per hour. If guests have no reviews or are brand new to the platform, we will require a $250 security deposit which will be refunded upon the guests check out once the cleaners inspect the unit. Please place all supplied back where you found them. A Fee will apply if items have gone missing including pingpong balls. Supplies: Need something extra? Just ask, and we’ll see what we can do! Pet Policy: Pet Stay Fee: Bringing furry friends? That’s $100 per stay per pet. Please let us know about them and their size in advance. Furniture and Paws: Keep our furniture pet-free, please. A $500 fee applies for furry friends on furniture. Pet Care: Bring your pet’s bedding and towels. Unattended pets in the apartment and any accidents are your responsibility. Pet Size and Breed: For everyone's safety, pets over 80 pounds or certain breeds (like Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds) are not permitted, to avoid a $1,000 fine. If the Trash schedule provided on the fridge is not followed, a $150- $250 fee will apply.
