House is very nice. Something needs to be done about the keyless entry. It does not do any good if you code doesn't work and you have to wait 30 mins for someone to let you in or the keypad doesn't light up because it is too hot and you can't enter the house and have to contact the owner. When we couldn't get in on check in day because the code was wrong, it took 4 hours before my message was responded to, thankfully the owners son saw us and drove over to let us in. The next day the keypad was too hot because the sun was shining on it and it would not work. We had to request a key when we were let it. We had plans for the days and this delayed us and made me question how or if we would be able to get in later.

On check-in day guests were let in within 5 minutes of the code not working and the issue was fixed. They were let know that keypad was having heat issues that night. It has since been fixed. There was no response to the message because guest were let in extremely quickly. The next day a key was never requested. The keypad had a heat issue and guest asked what we can do about it and they were provided a key.
