Hill country beauty

We loved our stay here. The kitchen was stocked. The views were beautiful and it was quiet. The pool and property were a great getaway.

Great resort, spacious rental

We had another great stay at Stablewood Springs. The resort pool was operating as normal and our kids had a great time swimming. The rental was very comfortable and a perfect space. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! There accommodations themselves were perfect - plenty of space, well cared for, and comfortable. There is a lot to do on the property as well as 'in town', so this place makes for the perfect location for a long weekend getaway in the hill country. We will return!

8/10 Good

The property was nice and as pictured.

The unit was nice and as pictured. The pool area was beautiful but needed a good scrubbing as there was mold/mildew all Over the steps and bottom surface of the pool. The water was not clear and needed to be shocked. As for the unit - traveling from out of state, it is not feasible to bring and/or purchase every daily necessity. It would be nice if the basics were provided (paper towels, toilet paper, cooking oil, salt and pepper, foil, trash bags, dish soap, dish brush etc). The items that were provided in the kitchen were very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property but affected by Covid

The unit and overall location are ideal. I wish we had been notified prior to check in about river park being closed and pool very limited ( we never were able to get a slot ).. I would have packed differently, as we had to drive off property to park at a river crossing. Summer travel in Texas requires access to a pool or river! We could have been notified by the resort via email rather than at check in. We spent time at Ingram dam and had a blast. Too crowded there to social distance after 1 pm on weekend though... Without Covid closures would have been 5 star all the way.

Wow! All we were looking for in a private family weekend get a way.

This place is incredible! I was stunned at how amazing the rooms were, huge bathrooms, plenty of room to hang out and grill on the back porch while overlooking the hill country views. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I only wished they had ice in the freezer or a community machine to fill up my ice bin.
