This modern, well-equipped and comfortable condo is located within walking distance of Rainey Street, restaurants, bars and entertainment.Staff is polite and helpful.Would stay here again.

I stay at the property regularly and this is a very nice unit. The thing I really liked about it was the fact that it had a separate desk, which allowed me to be more effective at working on my computer before relaxing on the couch a great feature. the host was very communicative and the whole process was efficient and I look forward to coming back.

The property is attractive, well appointed, clean and in a good location. Check in was easy and valet was convenient, though maybe a little pricey. We really don’t have anything to complain about.

The location was perfect and with on walking distance of Rainey Street. It was close to several other places to site see. The coffee shop and bar on location was great. The condo was clean and hand the needed amenities. Everyone was very professional and kind. The only downside was the curtains. Wish they had blackout curtains to sleep in, but overall it was a 5 out of 5 stars!

This is a great spot with a very "hotel" vibe. The majority of this building is vacation rentals, and they have staff onsite that cleans and maintains everything. The location is awesome - right at the south end of Rainey near the trail and walking distance from tons of bars and restaurants. The only thing to note is that the checkout is actually 10am, not 11am as listed. This was a surprise via email the night before we checked out. There is also NO free parking as the listing states. It's valet only which is 40 per night. Very convenient but pricey. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here!
