Charming 3-bedroom townhome in Sturgis bordering the Black Hills
Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Sturgis retreat. We are at the edge of town near Vanocker Canyon with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. We are near a local winery, brewery, and multiple restaurants and stores. The house is conveniently located near I90 and is 1.2 miles from Monument Health Sturgis, 30 minutes from Rapid City and 20 minutes to Deadwood and Spearfish. This newer build townhome has a comfortable open concept floor plan. The large master bedroom includes a king bed and a beautiful large bathroom with a shower, private toilet, and walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms offer queen beds with a shared full bath including shower and bathtub. The outdoor patio extends the living space with beautiful sunrises, a smoker/grill, and a cozy conversation set with fire pit for relaxing evenings making for a comfortable stay. The home also offers a 3 car garage, cable and internet. We think our place will help you experience everything Sturgis and the Black Hills has to offer.
