Steps to Beach- Kayaks, Paddleboards, Bikes!

Welcome to your dream escape, a charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat located on 25th st in the picturesque island of Spanish Wells. Our island home embodies old-world Bahamian charm with its rustic, time-honored design and character.

The home is located steps away from the north side beach. Beach chairs, 5 bicycles, paddle-boards, and kayaks are provided for your use. There is a 400 square foot deck that provides an outdoor dining option as well as lounge chairs and hammock. There is an outside shower that is convenient after returning from the beach.

In inside you will find three bedrooms each with their own bathroom and sliding glass doors to the deck. Summerbreeze has a full kitchen, living room and dining table for eight in the open floor plan. There are three TV's in the house and wireless speaker. We offer the super reliable Starlink for your internet service.

We will provide transportation to and from the ferry dock to the house, help with buggy and boat rentals and provide any necessary arraignments that you may require. Our caretaker on island will be there for you if any issues come up during your stay.

Perfect stay!!! My husband and I spent the month of February here. Everything was exactly what we needed. The owner was so helpful and accommodating. (Especially when we had a weather delay) The caretaker, Tamara was so helpful and helped whenever we needed her. The house was exactly as it had been pictured and suited our needs perfectly. The home is so close to the breathtaking beach and the house had everything we needed. We had friends stay with us each week and there was plenty of room for meals, game playing and just relaxing. The deck was great for dining and lounging as well. The island is filled with amazing people. The local people couldn't have been kinder. We rented a boat on three different days and loved exploring the swings, stingrays and wild beaches. We saw so many sea turtles, sting rays, manta rays, dolphins, starfish and even a seahorse. I can't wait to come back again. Thank you for sharing your home. We hated to leave.

Located on 25th st with direct access to the famous north-side beach, . The home is perfect for two or three couples. The street is a perfect central location on the island.

What makes this property unique

Summerbreeze is set up with three master suites each with a full bathroom. It also has 350 square foot deck that we as owners and renters love using both day and night.
