I am from Canada, my spouse is El Salvadorian. This was always a dream of ours to build and eventually retire in this area. You will see why when you visit :)
Why they chose this property
Always wanted to be right on the ocean until we spent some time there and realize the salt water destroys everything and it was very hot. So we decided we wanted a little higher and still with ocean view. This area has everything from nightlife, surfing, touring or just relaxing, the choice is yours what you want.
