This property has always been owned by a Salvadorean family. Jaime and Sandra are the formal owners of the property. Jaime spent his high school years in the state of Connecticut and came back to his country to run family business. He got married and together with Sandra remodeled the house in 1997 and since then they have been enjoying their beach house with their three boys.

It has been a family property since 1976 and it is now owned by the second generation of this same family.
