Still waiting on a refund for our . We contacted the host and VRBO and was assured we would receive a full refund and they did apologize but it’s been over a week now and the communication has not been good. When we called the number on the wall in the room , no one answers or called us back. Things happen , I get it, however we deserve to be reimbursed for a room we couldn’t stay in!
