This townhome is also a less than fifteen minute walk to Little Italy, a lively neighborhood known for patio cafes, dozens of renowned restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors, and galleries.

At this stylish townhome, you are also a short 5 to 10 minute car ride to downtown, Petco Park, the famous Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego Zoo, Bayfront Park, San Diego Convention Center, Seaport Village, Cruise Ship Terminal, and Old Town, just to name a few attractions. Guests may have packages delivered to the property during their reservation dates. However, we strongly advise coordinating deliveries for when you are on-site to receive them. The host cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to or during your stay.

*This home is located in a vibrant, central area of San Diego—just a few minutes from the airport. Because of this, you’ll occasionally hear planes flying overhead. While many guests enjoy the proximity to downtown, Balboa Park, and the waterfront, those seeking a completely quiet, secluded retreat may prefer a different location. We always want guests to have the best stay possible, so please keep this in mind when booking.
