House was perfect for the 8 of us- everyone had a bed and their own space which was perfectLocation to town was fine for us Backyard still in Progress and gate needed adjustment to keep closed as it banged in the wind Didnt use hot tub but enjoyed sitting In The yard after a day of exploring l.host was extremely responsive which was wonderful Would stay here again Loved watching the prairie dogs out back too!

Everything was so lovely and we all really enjoyed our stay! We really appreciated the thoughtful and cozy details, and super clean home. Kids loved the play area and hot tub and fireplace, and the location was fantastic—near the national park but still off the main roads that made it so quiet and peaceful, stunning mountain views all around, plus all the cute cows and horses as neighbors!

Overall, it worked well for a large family gathering. On the smaller detail side, it would have been great to have one more bathroom for the 15 of us, rather than the three. (The master bathroom was used by one couple, and the 13 others shared two bathrooms.) This isn't something the host can change, just helps to know for planning. The prairie dogs were fun to watch! And we had a beautiful rainbow looking out the backyard on our first evening! Awesome!

Thank you so much! We are so glad you had a wonderful time. There is also a half bath off the laundry room as well. It doesn't have a shower but is definitely nice to have an extra bathroom to help with large groups.

Travelers, if you are looking for a great home to rent and being taken care of by a fantastic host, this is your property. My family absolutely loved being at the house during our down time on breaks from hikes and adventuring. The backyard was a hit for outside dinners, evening chats, playing games, and star gazing. We loved that it was close to town, but far enough away that we had privacy and could enjoy quiet nights. The nearby miniature horses were an extra treat, and the painted ponies visible if we looked over the back fence were beautiful. The back yard fence really gave us the privacy we were wanting.Inside the house, the layout was superb for our family with a large dining table, an open kitchen so we could all be together, and plenty to do with puzzles and tables for games.The second refrigerator was helpful as we had a large group and lots of liquids to cool as the August temperatures required cool drinks which the second refrigerator provided.Thank you to Wendy - the host - for the excellent care and communication provided throughout the entire process!

The house was very nice. The only reason for making this 4 instead of 5 stars was because a few things were missing from the game room which we could not use the skee ball machine and another game. The water fountain was also not usable.Nice house, just a few features we were expecting to be able to use and could not.Really enjoyed the Hot Tub and the back yard is coming along nice, once finished it will be a very nice oasis.

Our host was very communicative and thoughtful. The property worked well for our family of 16. There were a few improvements/repairs that were needed, but the host was great about fixing those issues. We liked that it was away from others, so we didn't worry about noise.
