It will be throughly cleaned before your arrival, it will still have pet hair. Our house is a historic contributing bungalow from the 1930's with much of it's original charm. With 3 cozy upstairs bedrooms including a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and twin with twin trundle bedroom. Also upstairs is the only bathroom in the house, (unless you count the sketch 1/2 bath in the basement). Among the charms, are also the realities. This home does not have air conditioning, but has fans and windows on all 4 sides to catch the evening breeze. This welcoming property is perfect for families or friends looking for a lovely place to stay that is close to everything that Blacksburg has to offer: tucked away on a side street it is only a block from downtown, where you can walk to all the restaurants, theater, and Virginia Tech campus. Lane stadium is just over 1 mile away, or about 25-30 minutes walking time. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, one in front of the other, and you can also park a car on the street with a permit displayed (which is inside the house).
