With a chef’s kitchen including a large island and dining table, your entire party can enjoy a delicious meal together. Sit on the covered porch to enjoy an early morning sunrise or breathtaking sunset while the buffalo graze across the valley. With 4 tranquil bedrooms including 3 queen beds and 1 full bed, guests will feel right at home. A second lower level living room offers more space for activities and plenty of toys and activities for younger travelers.
The large covered porch includes a Blackstone propane grill and a charcoal grill. The 16 foot picnic table offers ample seating. Play a game of catch in the large yard or take a hike and view wildlife on the 60 acre property.

We’re a family of four born and raised in the Bald Eagle Valley just outside of State College, PA. We live and work in the area. We would love to share our country home and lifestyle with others! The privacy and serenity in this area is unmatched, yet also has great access to a booming college town. We spend most of our time outside exploring.
What makes this property unique
Our Dix Run property offers peace and serenity just minutes outside a booming college town. Views from the property are breathtaking and can be enjoyed from an extra large 30x30 covered front porch. The house was completed in 2025 and all finishes and furnishings are brand new.
