We traveled up to the finger lakes for the weekend with 12 adults and 1 child and had a fantastic time. The view and outdoor area of the house is incredible and gives a ton of space for outdoor activities. Overall incredible house and property and we will likely stay again in the future. Only small compliant is limited bathrooms but we spaced out showers and made it work.

!Our family had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful, spacious farmhouse. With six bedrooms and 2.5 baths, there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably.The Property:The house sits up on a hill and offers breathtaking lake views. The large, tree-lined property felt incredibly private and gave the kids endless space to run around and play. The outdoor setup is a dream come true for families. The kids spent hours playing kickball, hanging out on the swing set, and the pond was a massive hit. It is beautifully stocked with fish, and they even have kayaks available right at the pond Location:The location is unbeatable. It is just a short drive into Hammondsport, which quickly became one of our favorite spots. We absolutely loved walking around town, hitting the local ice cream shop, and stopping by the fantastic local bakery. If you are staying during the summer, do not miss the Thursday night music in the park—it was a major highlight of our trip!The Hosts:The owners were fantastic to communicate with. While we did not have a single issue during our stay, they proactively checked in on us just to make sure we were having a great time, which was a really nice, welcoming touch.This is the ultimate getaway for a large family or group looking for a mix of outdoor fun, stunning views, and local charm. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the house for 3 nights during the summer and it was a great stay. We had 4 kids all 12 under and they were all very happy with the vacation. The host provided a s’mores kit that we used the first night at the outdoor fire pit and there was enough firewood for our first night. The house was spacious for our gathering of 12 and the property was beautiful with a nice view of the lake. There were ample rooms to spread out and the 2.5 bathrooms were all very clean and well stocked. The host was also very prompt when we had questions during our stay. We had a very relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend and the next time we come back up here, we would definitely look to stay here again.
