the Pecan cabin is a small cozy space that can fit up to 6 people including 1 bd, a living space with a convertible sofa to a queen bed, 1 loft for kids (not recommended for kids under 10yrs), a kitchen with an electric surface stove for your cooking basic needs, a small refrigerator and ample amount of cookware to use.

Beautiful little cabin, only thing I missed was the size of the beds were a little on the small size but don’t let that fool you it’s a beautiful property and cozy cabin!

Alvin is like a hidden gem where you can enjoy serenity, nature, nice neighbors and at the same time close to all attractions and the hustle and bustle of Huston & Pearland.

What makes this property unique

In my place you will be just relaxing and hearing birds chirping all day long but, in a matter of few minutes you can be in the middle of everything shopping or dining or going to work.
Also, we will be available mostly all the time if you needed anything like a ride or guide on somewhere to go or do.
And as a family business, we sometimes offer complimentary delicious meals to our guests as an organic farm to table place as a way of living. :)
