Process was easy and the property had alot of amenities. Only negative was the extremely pushy salesman for Club Wyndham points.
When Devon told my eife she HAD to give him 90 minutes, that's when she walked out. Did not want to take no for an answer but in the end he had no other choice.
We stayed here to visit Kings Dominion and Busch Gardens. It was really convenient for both parks. On the first night, check in was a bit long-winded. They charge you the $6 per day resort fee upfront, $100 refundable deposit and give you the resort key. You then go to a timeshare salesman, who tries to rope you into a ‘free gift’. After rejecting his offer, I was given the room wristband.
The arcade had a lot of broken games and not really many that are fun to play. The pool was over crowded, but looked nice. The playground is very basic.
The room itself is very old, but clean and comfortable. They have a text feature where you can text the front desk things you need. Our plug in our bath wasn’t working, so couldn’t have a bath on the first night.
They came and fixed it the next morning. But when I used it that night, I was greeted at the door by 2 managers and a maintenance guy bursting into the room while I was in the bath, saying that water from my bath was leaking into the rooms below, 2nd and 1st floor. Crazy! The manager didn’t move us and I checked if we could continue to use the bath, to which they said we could.
Overall, a nice stay. I would recommend. Just don’t give in to the timeshare stuff!
Very nice and clean. Staff was accommodating and kind.
Enjoyed our stay very much!

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient
Stayed for 3 nights in late January when the resort was mostly vacant & quiet as was Williamsburg. The staff was still present and engaging although not much going on. The indoor pool and fitness center was very nice and all we really used for onsite activity. The 1 bedroom condo was nothing fancy but very adequate, clean and quiet. The location was perfect for easy access to shopping, dining and the historic village. The concierge met with us upon check in and provided a lot of information and coupons. There was a strong push for us to participate in their promotional sales and feedback program, but our schedule and desire didn't warrant doing so. Within 20 minutes we were in our condo and left alone to pursue our own agenda for the duration of our visit.
