Families & friends love this charming newly renovated Airbnb conveniently located near downtown & Pensacola beach. Comfy king beds & 50" TV's in the main bedrooms, 65" TV & blue tooth speakers in living room, soaking tub & walkin double shower in master bath. Feel at home in our well-appointed kitchen/ coffee station & washer/dryer. Bonus room with 58" TV, Atari, and 2 full beds. Enjoy a private soak in the hot tub set on our spacious deck with a serene backyard view, gas grill & outdoor dining area. Outdoor Fire pit/ seating. Ask re on site boat parking.

Our Garden St location provides our guests easy access to downtown Pensacola food, entertainment, and sightseeing. There's ample parking for our guests in the driveway and one spot on the street that's marked. Limited to 3 vehicles. Ask about our availability for boat or RV parking.
Our goal is to provide our guests with a 5 star experience. We strive to answer any questions you may have as quickly as possible. As locals we are close enough to offer timely assistance and additional insight into this incredible area.
To keep our Airbnb maintained we do have lawn maintenance and other scheduled maintenance. We'll do our best to notify you ahead of time. Most of this will be exterior to avoid disrupting your stay. We value your privacy.
