Golf privileges are available at several nearby courses.* Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club is a gated community on Palmer Ranch with a fully renovated clubhouse with fine and casual dining, close proximity to Siesta Key's world-famous beaches, shops, restaurants, and Sarasota's active arts communities. This unit is a ground-floor end/corner unit with extra windows and lots of light * Golf course & water views * Split floor plan * Screened lanai * Well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with a water view plus a dining area that seats 6 * Assigned, covered parking.

AMENITIES:
* Pool (with grill and both screened and shaded cabanas) and tennis court are steps from the door.
* Legacy Trail - 15 miles of paved trail for cycling, jogging & walking is 1 block from the SG&CC entrance.
* Newly-renovated Arthur Hills-designed 18-hole par 72 premier golf course.
* Optional social memberships. One-time transfer fee provides access for two to the clubhouse with gourmet dining room, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness center, sauna & another, heated pool.

Terrific location and very nice accommodations. Pool is fantastic and location to condo so nice. Furnished condo had everything I needed for my stay. Terrific communication with property owner. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Would stay here again absolutely.

Stoneybrook Condo stay an excellent experience!

I stayed at the condo during March 2018, escaping the four March snowstorms in NJ. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was clean and well stocked with the daily items necessary for a long stay. Switches, etc. are marked for ease of use. Much information was provided re the country club itself and the provided beach items made for great beach days on Siesta Key. Tracy is a thoughtful, organized and very pleasant landlord with whom to interact. People at Stoneybrook are welcoming and pleasant, including both fellow residents and Stoneybrook personnel, including those at the pro shop, dining facilites and administration. The Legacy Trail is close by for walking and biking. A first-rate place to stay!

Great Condo in Beautiful Golf Community

We moved to Florida and needed a temporary place to stay. We were very lucky to have found this condo in Palmer Ranch and the location turned out to be perfect. The condo is close to Siesta Key and many other gulf beaches, shopping and amenities are a very short drive from condo. Easy access to Casey Key, Venice, downtown Sarasota, Lido and so much more. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, Easy access to Tamiami and the 75 as well. The condo itself is very well equipped with more than enough household items to make our stay very comfortable. The host was great. The Stoneybrook Golf community is gated and a mix of condos and single family houses and a very well maintained community. We are not golfers, but the condo overlooks the golf course for a beautiful view. Both the condo and community are quite, no street noise. We found the neighbors to be very friendly and we had access to an adjacent pool, tennis court, and outdoor barbecues and eating areas. The pool is large and well maintained. We stayed for about 4 months and we felt like we were at home in this community.

Wonderful neighborhood and neighbors

We stayed for a month while we transitioned into our new home. Everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Clean property, nice owner and manger. We ended up joining the club for the month- we thought that was the only way to enjoy the pool but that isn’t the case there is a little pool just down from the condo.

Storybook is the best. The condo was very close the the pool and court. Owner is very prompt with any query and is quite nice. The condo is very well equipped. Pretty clean but nothing quite meets are standards. Great place and we highly recommend.

From the first contact with the owner TRACY, I did not have an issue with anything. With over 20 years of visiting Stoneybrook the owner was the efficient I have dealt with. I would not hesitate to rent this property again. Stoneybrook is very well managed area never a blade of grass out of place. The best location in Sarasota . I hope to visit again this year.

A perfect two months

This condo is incredibly well furnished and equipped with great attention to detail, right down to clocks on both sides of the beds. When you arrive, all you have to do is unpack and you're home. Tracy Combs is wonderful to deal with. Be sure to take the transfer of the club membership option. It's a bargain, and the clubhouse restaurants are very good, specially for Sunday brunch.
