The space features 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms and essential amenities like AC, WiFi, dishwasher and a washing machine and dryer. This condo is fully equipped with everything you would need from linens to a fully stocked kitchen. Relax in the screened in lanai just steps away from the community pool. Enjoy all the shopping and restaurants Gulf Gate has to offer. Just minutes to Siesta Key where you can soak in the sun on the beautiful Siesta Key beach with soft, cool sand! It is the ideal property for snowbirds looking to get out of the cold for the winter This rental is available from August 2024 through December 2024 for $2500 a month and January 2025 through April 2025 for $4500 a month in addition to the electric bill for monthly rentals. Refundable $1500 security deposit. Our wonderful and quaint property will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for guests. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Sarasota.

The condo has everything you need and it felt like home when we first walked in door. We love the Golf Gate area and would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks Joe & Tracy, we had a wonderful stay.

Positive comments: Clean and well maintained, well equipped kitchen, nice neighborhood for walking, close to main thoroughfares in Sarasota, just a few steps from the pool which was heated, 1/2 block from public library, close to Publix and other shopping. Tracey and Joe responded immediately to any questions or concerns.Wish list: a community gas grill. There was a charcoal grill but we didn’t want to be responsible for disposing of the ashes.
