In the heart of the city a 120 square meter (1300 square feet) apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Ideal for large group of friends or families with huge common space and bedrooms and balconies.

A spacious 3 bedroom apartment fully equipped, with two balconies, one of which overlooks at the old port and the Venetian fortress of "Koule". Guests will certainly enjoy the vast space of the apartment.
The living room has a huge couch that can be transformed to a large bed, a dining table for 6 people and in general a relaxing and comforting atmosphere.
There are 3 bedrooms in total in the apartment, one with a king double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with 1 single bed. All bedrooms are spacious and equipped with closets. For guest with babies I can provide a cot bed to accommodate their need.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware a large fridge with refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, cooking hob, dish washer, coffee machine, boiler, sandwich toaster and a table with chairs.
The 2 bathroom are relaxing with a lot of storage space, a washing machine and all the necessary amenities.
The whole apartment can accommodate 7 people ( in beds and 1 in the couch that can be turned into a huge bed).

The location was perfect for exploring the city center of Heraklion and conveniently located next to the port. Alex was very responsive and sent a colleague to let us in to the building when we arrived and also quickly responded to a small issue we had after arrival. The view of the Koules Fortress from the living area was an added bonus!

The apartment is exactly as depicted. It is well situated and you can walk anywhere. The neighborhood is safe in the day and night. Food choices are excellent and you can buy groceries to have in the apartment. I loved my morning and evening views from the balcony. Alexandros is extremely helpful and kind! The apartment was very nice with a shower in one bathroom, a tub in the other, and comfortable beds. Great location too. Alex went above and beyond. When we had trouble finding the parking area he had described he got in his car, found us, and led us to it.

We were only able to spend one evening here, but the property met all our requirements. It was clean, quiet, and had plenty of hot water for our morning showers. It is very close to the port if you’re taking a morning ferry and close to local restaurants.

Great Location When Using Ferry

The apartment is great and is exactly what we expected from the reviews and photos. The host was great in meeting us and had a booklet of info. One thing we wish we knew before arrival is that parking a car is impossible in the surrounding streets. After 30 mins driving around, we found that there is a bus interchange and carpark at the bottom of the hill, and steps that lead up to the apartment's street.The apartment's location was great for us. It's in both walking distance of the Ferry terminal, and in the other direction, the main pedestrian street with the restaurants and the fountain.

Worth renting again!

Walking distance to ferry, restaurants and stores. The rooms were comfortably and having an elevator made it so much easier to get our luggage up. The recommendations were great, but make sure you make reservations for dinners. You will need to sign up for tours or rent a car to visit the ruins and beaches, olive tree plantation. Highly recommend a private tour for all the history this island has. We were able to choose what we wanted to do and get access to ruins quickly instead of waiting in long lines. If driving, go early and you won't have to wait so long.

We chose this apartment due the proximity to the Port. It was just a 5-10 minute walk to the port and City Center. This is a basic apartment, no frills. If we were going to be in that area longer than 1 night or 2, I would probably stay somewhere else.

The apartment was great and the location was fantastic.My only disappointment was that there was. No dryer. I specifically chose the apartment because the listing said there was a dryer. We were in Irakleio after 9 days travelling throughout Crete and staying at hotels. We had hoped yo get laundry done and that was one of the main factors for choosing the apartment. This was not possible without a dryer. That amenity should be removed from the profile

We loved the location, amenities, & the owner's responsiveness & recommendations with our rental car parking questions/confusion. He was patient & understanding and it was much appreciated. The apartment was in an ideal location & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. My ONLY issue with the apartment was the firmness of the mattresses. We found the mattresses to be extremely firm; beyond our typical experience. Hope to get another opportunity to stay here in Crete again.

I am also open to sharing moments, stories, tips for sightseeing, info on the best beaches, restaurants, cultural attractions, bars, etc. The apartment is located in a street, overlooking the old port of Heraklion. Its position, allows the guest to have access to the major streets that lead to and away from the city but keeping them in the heart of the town.
All the major sites of the city are just within walking distance away from the apartment. The beautiful old port of Heraklion the archeological and historical museum, the four lions fountain (Morosini) are all within your grasp.
Restaurants and take away food are a stone's throw away and guests have a large variety to choose from.
Also, for the those that want to party, all the bar and clubs are close to the apartment and you can have a variety to chose from.

What makes this property unique

All major transport means are within walking distance from the apartment (busses, taxis). Distance from the airport to the apartment is about 5 minutes with car and the port is within 5 minutes walk from the property. Guests can find 3 parking facilities located within 2 or 3 minute walk from the apartment and can rent a space for their car (which I can help you organize) with an easy access to the major exits for the highway. All major resorts and beaches are about 20 minutes from the location of the apartment. Also the famous archeological "Knossos Palace" is about 15 minutes away.
