Excellent place! Right where we wanted to be; the neighborhood is awesome, and you can walk to get just about anything you need. The process was easy, and we felt right at home. The off-street parking wasn't available to us; it sounds like it may have been a temporary situation.

Queen bed was very comfortable. The AC unit was a small unit next to the couch, but it worked for what we needed it for.This location is well positioned if you are a walker.

This property is super cute and a great location next to Balboa Park. Very walkable area close to great restaurants and entertainment. I would highly recommend this place to enjoy beautiful San Diego.

Adorable place to stay, located in a quiet neighborhood. Reserved street parking spot. Easy walk to downtown. Beautiful patio area, comfortable bed, cozy living room. Everything was clean and neat. Paul was very responsive when I reached out with a question. Because the rental is on street level, you can hear people walking outside quite clearly, as well as the upstairs tenants. However, the noise wasn't unreasonable and didn't affect our stay more than waking up once or twice each night. Would highly recommend if you're staying in San Diego and prefer a more residential area than downtown.
