I am from Canada and moved to AZ around 14 years ago, I'm into real estate, I have a few Furnished properties, and some unfurnished properties. I also sell real estate full time. Arizona is a place where you would love to move to, you move, then you miss family, but then it just draws you back with the no snow, rare winds, no bugs, and good people.

Why they chose this property

I moved to Old Town Scottsdale for a reason, its has the best weather, best golfing, and it feels like a vacation every day.

What makes this property unique

My property is very unique, its an end unit that faces water, the 8th hole of a Golf Course and along the Scottsdale Green Belt. The Green belt is a very special place that has trails all the way from Tempe Town Lake all along Hayden road all the way to Shea blvd. Its full of Golf courses, parks, frisbee golf, water, baseball fields, dog parks and a plethora of other things. The home has a barn door that separates the 2 bd's and one bath for privacy and the middle bedroom has its own office with 3 dedicated office spaces. The center room also has vaulted ceilings with a sky light and a moon light that is pretty cool at night. The home was completely remodeled with a new AC, roof, water heater, kitchen, Bath's and flooring. At night makes, the home comes alive with lights everywhere like the automatic patio lights that turn on as you come home, to the under cabinet lighting that are RGB and can turn any color along with the red light behind the TV and the deck lights. Each bathroom also has under cabinet lighting with sexy fan lights for showering. The primary BA has skylights and the shower is epic to shower on with a red light on. The walk in closet also has rgb lighting and turn on automatically as you walk in.
