We rented the space for visiting relatives over the 4th of July. The location was perfect for convenience to Alpena's attractions and the fireworks. They loved it. Host is great to work with and was very flexible/prompt helpful communication.

There were several spiders throughout the house and then found going into one of our pieces of luggage.Having the house sprayed inside and out would probably be a good idea.
