Steps from the beach, this stylish, family-friendly condo is the perfect Gulf Shores getaway! Located on the quiet west end, it offers peaceful vibes with partial views of both the beach and lagoon from the balcony. The walk to the gentle lapping waves of the Gulf of Mexico is a few steps away at only a 3 minute walk across the street. This area of West Beach has smaller crowds and is still convenient to restaurants and entertainment. Great fishing is steps away at Little Lagoon Park and pass. Paddleboard or kayak from the public lagoon access around the corner or jump on the bike path and ride all the way to Gulf State Park. Just 1 mile to The Hangout, you’re also walking distance to local favorites like The Beach House, Laurie’s, Bahama Bob’s, Pier 33, West Beach Coffee, Island Ice Cream and more. Sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and cozy coastal charm throughout.

This is not a spring break party place and any disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of stay. If you book this condo, you will have to be present with the rest of your guests the entire duration or your stay will end immediately. There are no exceptions.
Check in is not until 4pm and your code will not work until then. There are no exceptions for early arrivals. Check out time is no later than 10am. Door lock access code expires at checkout time. No exceptions. Cleaners arrive promptly at 10am. Any stays past 10am will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 for having to pay for extra cleaning staff for expedited turn around time and shorter cleaning window.
For security purposes, a camera is in place on the exterior at the front entrance. This is provided for security and insurance purposes. Tampering with camera will result in termination of stay and an additional fee of $100.
We have a strict no pet policy. Any pets will result in an additional $200 cleaning charge.
Smoking/Vaping prohibited on the grounds of Lagoon Sun per the HOA (including no smoking on balconies). We have detectors inside that detect cigarette smoke/vaping . Smoking inside will result in immediate termination of stay and an additional cleaning fee of $500.
All guests (including children) must be registered with host. This is a requirement for insurance and per HOA rules.
