Beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, ice chest, pool noodles, kiddie toys, tennis rackets and balls, etc.! (6 Beach towels provided as a courtesy—just launder & put away before you leave.)

GOLF:
The villa is right on the 27 hole course & walking distance to the Golf Club! Ask about SPECIALS including golfing at other courses. Enjoy drinks & dining inside or out at the Golf Pub!!

Giant pool (private to our neighborhood) across the street.

Wonderful place to vacation!

Our family had a fantastic time staying at this property in HHI! The place was so clean and beautifully decorated!! The kitchen was top notch for staying in and cooking. It was a minute drive away from the beach and provided everything we could think of to want/need for the beach!! The owner was so quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay! I would definitely want to stay here again!

One of the best villas we’ve stayed at.

You will be hard pressed to find a place that comes even close to this villa. The decor, furniture and appliances are top notch. The owners went above and beyond what one could expect from a rental. Shipyard is a pretty place, pool was a good enough size and was never crowded. We drove up to the beach, which was less than 5 min away and never had issues parking. Highly recommend this place.

We felt like it was our own home.

We loved our stay at this condo on Hilton Head Island. It is close to shopping, numerous and varied restaurants, on a golf course, on bike/walking trails and the interior was so comfortable. All the appliances are new and you need a degree in technology to figure out all the digital devices to make them work. ( Just kidding, I figured them out but they are all the newest in technology, especially the stove.) Cindy was responsive to all questions and e-mails. We really plan on coming back sometime. All the people we met in the Evian Plantation complex were very friendly. A lovely place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

We loved everything about our stay in HHI 2018!

This villa was perfect for our family of 5! It was exceptionally clean which is a big deal to me and the owners were quick to resolve a minor issue we had during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the area was nice and quiet the days/nights we were there. I loved cooking in the kitchen. Everything I needed was supplied with the exception of crab crackers(which I purchased and left behind for the next seafood lover)We enjoyed most all our dinners at the dining room table and ended nights there playing cards and games that were also provided by owners. It was very comfortable! The pool is within walking distance to this villa, although we rode our bikes, it was a huge bonus to have it so close! I have all great things to say about this villa, the area and it’s owners. When we return to HHI this is where we will stay!

We had such a great time in Evian and at the condo. It was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 1 year old boys. We had plenty of room and Cindy was so wonderful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Shipyard Golf Villa

Enjoyed our week stay at this beautiful, quite golf villa with a lagoon view from the patio and dinning room. A short walk to the pool and short drive to the beach. A complimentary beach pass was included by our host. The villa was very clean and stocked with everything that you will need including beach chairs and towels. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

One of the nicest rentals I have ever seen. Beautifully appointed, squeaky clean and spacious. Generously furnished kitchen with everything you could ask for. Toiletries in the bathrooms and quality beds/linens. Great parking and right on the golf course.. The owner is very responsive and gracious. Highly recommended.

Perfect beach getaway!

We had a wonderful week. The unit was extremely well-kept, updated, and very comfortable. We felt spoiled! The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked not only with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, but also a whole selection of spices and other staples. It was such a pleasant space to cook, relax, and spend time together. We enjoyed the beautiful Shipyard neighborhood so much - riding bikes, walking on the beach, spotting the extraordinary birds on property, and counting alligator sightings. We couldn't have picked a better place to spend our beach vacation!

Elegance in HHI

My family has been vacationing on HHI for over 20 years. This was the best rental yet! We booked it because it was one level and was upgraded. It was immaculate! The coastal decor was just enough- no annoying clutter. It made the villa seem very peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with MORE than everything we needed- I was shocked there was even a crockpot! This made making meals for a large crowd very simple- we had a total of 15 staying throughout Shipyard. The bathrooms were stocked with necessary essentials. Even down to nice hangers in closets, the owner didnt forget one single thing. The baby gear was a plus and the beach gear was more than enough for the week. Overall, the units cleanliness was superior- this is a BIGGIE for me. I have appreciated the timeliness and professionalism in talking with the owner. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space with us!

This shipyard villa was perfect for our family

This villa is very comfortable and has everything you need. The open kitchen, living room and dining room make it feel very spacious and easy to cook and stay a part of it all. The provided kitchen gadgets are better than most. The bike trails around the plantation were very enjoyable. the included beach pass made beach days fairly easy especially with the outdoor closet with extra beach stuff you may need or want. Cindy is very helpful with info before you even get there. They have thought of everything And love the book for other guests to leave some of their favorite places.

This condo has everything you need for a great vacation. Kitchen is equipped with standard appliances as well as those little extras that make a great vacation experience. The condo is bright, warm and very comfortable. Beds were super comfy. Cindy was very helpful and everything was awesome. If we return to this area, we will definitely stay again.

Lovely Villa on Shipyard Plantation. Comfortable accommodations.....very well appointed. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Bed and bathroom linens were wonderful. Walk to the beach was easy although a little farther than I expected. Owners have put a lot of TLC in their unit. Books, magazines about the area and board games are a nice touch. Owners are approachable and eager to keep lines of communication open. This home will definitely stay on our 'radar screen'.

We had a very comfortable stay in this beautifully renovated villa. There was plenty of glassware, crockery, cutlery and a great induction cooker. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with lovely soft towels! It was a pleasure staying here and we thoroughly recommend this rental villa.

Clean, updated and close to the beach!

My husband and I had a great time staying at this condo. Everything in there had been recently updated- floors, appliances, countertops- and it was very nice. The furniture was comfortable and accommodating. We slept in the master and the king bed in there was super comfortable as well. There’s a nice little patio outside we eat in and look at the little pond behind the house. The beach wasn’t very far away either, I think about a half a mile. Overall the condo was very nice and communication with the owners was quick and easy. We will definitely be back!

I am a decorator, antique fanatic & lover of low-country history. My husband is an avid golfer. After searching for YEARS, we chose Hilton Head Island for our vacation home---it is the best of all worlds and makes both of us very happy! :)

Why they chose this property

We wanted a vaction home that looked and felt like a real home. After looking at tons of properties, I knew instantly that this was "it"! When we drove up, my first reaction was "Whoa! It looks like a French villa!!" When we walked in, all I saw was the bright, open & airy interior and THAT view outside!

We put an offer in that day and I then spent all of Summer 2017 completing a full renovation & decorating the entire place. Every thing you see is new, from the ceiling, to the floor & all the furnishings & art.

We hope you stay at our villa and enjoy it as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

Near everything--walk across the street to huge & private community pool (for guests within Evian neighborhood only,) and to tennis on the lighted courts next to the pool. Shoulder your golf clubs and walk over to the club---like my husband does. Enjoy the Happy Hour menu at the pub located at the club house---we love to sit outside, overlooking the golf course & lagoon!

Use the included BEACH CLUB car pass to access the BEACH CLUB beach!! Rest room, Showers and Umbrella rentals!
