Per City of Flagstaff's new policy, the MAX occupancy in our home in 10 people. This includes daytime visitors and overnight guests.
Please park in driveway or garage. There is NO overnight parking allowed November-May. Cars may be fined/towed.

House is beautiful and big!! It has all the essentials for cooking and enjoying true family time with no electronic devices. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. We chose this house for a long overdue family reunion and to celebrate the new year. The only thing that was a bit rough for my elderly mom was the drive way it is very steep to walk up and get in the home. Overall our stay was truly a 5 star rating.

What a gem! The home was adorable and well appointed; beds were comfy and kitchen was easy to cook in. Plenty of comfortable seating to watch TV as a family. So many details that made it easy to stay there - we really appreciated the multiple outlets in the bedrooms and the phone charging station in the kitchen. The backyard was so quiet and serene even though it's in a neighborhood and close to everything, we felt like we were staying in the woods but with lots of comfortable outdoor seating. Our favorite part was drinking coffee outside in the mornings. We can't wait to come back.

We had the most incredible stay over a long Labor Day weekend. The hosts were incredible - wonderful communication, check-ins and the sweetest basket of goodies for my dad’s 75th birthday complete with candles and party napkins! The house is gorgeous - just as pictured - clean, modern, and so cozy. Our family had a blast - from the pool table, to shuffleboard and karaoke (the game room has it all!) The backyard is an oasis - hot tub, yard games and a beautiful fire table that was perfect for relaxing and s’mores, of course! We loved watching a family of deer frolick on many evenings in the open lot to the right of the backyard as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for the wonderful stay. Our entire family ages 10 to 75 made memories to last a lifetime.

We love hiking, snow skiing, playing pickleball, spending time with family and travel. Hospitality has always come natural and brings us joy. We hope you enjoy all of the amenities and natural serenity of our Flagstaff home, 47 Pines.

Why they chose this property

Walnut Ridge is such a beautiful, safe and quiet community. We are surrounded by walking, hiking and biking trails. There is an entrance to a trail at one end of the street and an entrance to the duck pond path at the other end of the street. Continental Country Club public golf course, driving range and Oakmont restaurant is less than a mile away. We are 5-10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. We have the best of it all in this location.
