The Space:

Family friendly neighborhood. Four bedroom home with large private back yard, fully fenced.



Outside: back yard fire pit with seating, 4 person Infrared Sauna and a single person cold plunge. Gas BBQ grill and variety of outdoor games.



Inside: 4 cozy bedrooms, large open living room, dining and kitchen area. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. 1/2 bathroom (toilet/sink only) downstairs



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire property with the exception of one locked closet. 2 car garage with additional parking for 2 cars in driveway. EV charger in garage



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, family neighborhood. Walking distance to many outdoor activities including the forest, duck ponds, grass park, golf and more. Bike trails nearby. Restaurants: Oakmont (walking distance), Oreganos and Toasted Owl (breakfast only) are both one mile away



Getting Around:

The home is a 10 minute drive to Downtown Flagstaff. 8 miles from NAU campus. 35-40 minute scenic drive to Sedona (taking the 89A scenic route). 75 minute drive to Grand Canyon. 19 mile drive to Snowbowl Ski area (drive times vary)

Definitely one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have stayed in. Extremely clean. A large fenced back yard that welcomes dogs. We would definitely recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner/host was flawless.

Huge backyard, excellent if you have a dog. The kitchen was very well supplied with cooking equipment even a crockpot. The neighborhood is very quiet with beautiful pine trees. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here over a long weekend and truly couldn’t have asked for a better home! The house was clean, comfortable, and so welcoming when we arrived. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the complimentary snacks and coffee.Check-in was simple and seamless, and the host was incredibly accommodating by allowing us to check in early. We were driving up from the Valley and were trying to beat the weekend traffic, so we were very grateful for the flexibility!The yard was absolutely perfect for our pups and gave them plenty of room to explore throughout the day. It was fully secure, which gave us peace of mind while they enjoyed the outdoors. The home was also stocked with everything we could possibly need for a weekend stay—even a crockpot!We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and pet-friendly place to stay!

We loved the property. I do not give reviews this high and normally call it as it is, but this place was perfect for my family. The dogs loved the backyard as much as the kids did. The host was amazing and responded everytime I had a question. The house is close to awesome hiking trails for families and pets. The atmosphere was quiet and tranquil. We are already considering this house again for our next stay in Flagstaff. To the host, I just want to say thank you for welcoming us into your place.

Wonderful neighborhood, very quiet. This is the second time staying here. Our family has grown since our last visit. Had plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children. Love the big back yard. Will definitely by returning!

Great Family Friendly Property

Our family had an excellent stay at this property. The neighborhood is peaceful and has easy access to great hiking trails and most of Flagstaff via the highways and main roads in town.
